Using Deals
Deals is a CRM for content creators to manage outreach to brands for sponsorship and UGC deals, including contacts, templates, email conversations, and follow-up schedules. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be able to enter a binding agreement to use the service.
Your account and data
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You retain responsibility for the brand and contact information, templates, and messages you provide. You grant Deals permission to process that information solely to operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
Connected Gmail and Outlook accounts
You may connect a Gmail or Microsoft Outlook account you are authorized to use. Connecting Gmail lets Deals read your connected inbox solely to detect replies from brands you have contacted, so it can mark those brands as “Replied” and stop sending further scheduled follow-ups. Deals sends outreach and follow-up emails directly from your connected account, so replies land in your normal inbox. Emails are only sent when you explicitly click “Send” or when you have enabled the opt-in auto-follow-up feature that you configure yourself, and every sent email is logged in Deals for your audit trail. For Gmail, Deals may also label or archive threads you have already replied to, for your own inbox organization. Deals never deletes emails from your mailbox and does not read, store, or process email unrelated to brand contacts you have explicitly added to your outreach list. You can disconnect an inbox in Settings and revoke provider access separately in your Google or Microsoft account. Your use of those accounts remains subject to Google’s or Microsoft’s applicable terms and policies.
Sending and automation
You control the recipients, content, templates, and follow-up settings for your outreach. When auto-send is enabled, due follow-ups may be sent without another approval. When it is off, you can review and send due follow-ups manually. You are responsible for checking recipient details, the accuracy of messages, and whether you have a lawful basis to contact each person. Delivery, reply detection, and scheduling depend on your connected provider and may be delayed or interrupted; monitor your inbox for important replies.
Acceptable use
Do not use Deals for spam, harassment, fraud, impersonation, unlawful content, or communications that violate applicable anti-spam, privacy, or consumer-protection laws. Do not access an inbox or contact data without permission, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another user’s information. We may restrict access if use creates a security risk or violates these terms.
Third-party services
Deals relies on Lovable Cloud for account and data services and on Google or Microsoft when you connect their mail services. Availability and permissions may change outside our control. Disconnecting an inbox does not delete copies of message records already saved in Deals; see the Privacy Policy for details.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Deals available and protect user data, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free automation, delivery of a message, or a particular business outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties, and the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and ending use
You can stop using the service and disconnect your inboxes at any time. We may change the service or these terms, updating the effective date when we do. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. For account or data deletion requests, contact the service operator through your existing support channel.
